Minister Emerson tabled legislation to implement Canada's free trade agreement with the states of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA): Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. The tabling brings the agreement one step closer to coming into force.
This bulletin is part of ongoing efforts by the department to keep Canadian business executives informed of new trade and investment initiatives being undertaken by the government.
